Azusa Solutions has an immediate need for a Business Analyst to join our team of talented consultants. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company comprised of highly qualified, highly impactful, and multi-talented individuals.

*Candidate must hold an active Top Secret Clearance *

*This position offers options for working from home. Candidate will be required to report on-site 3 days a week. *

*Candidate must be local to the DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia area. *

Responsibilities:

Understand client business needs and requirements
Understand the current system and how it functions
Assist in design of applications based on business requirement
Test upgrades and modifications to the system
Create manual and automated test scenarios
Test the system accurately by the appropriate deadlines
Assist in preparing project plan and technical and functional specifications
Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion
Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines
Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities
Be available for migrations (during non-standard business hours)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience and understanding of Agile
JIRA experience a plus

Clearance:
Active/current Top Secret clearance required.

Salary and Benefit Information:
Pay Range $118,000 - $135,000
The pay range for this job level is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, clearance level, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or other law.
