Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and Collaborate: Work closely with stakeholders, including IT professionals, management, and external partners, to ensure seamless integration and execution of systems and processes.
- Conduct Systems Analysis: Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Document Requirements and Solutions: Prepare detailed documentation of business requirements, technical specifications, and solutions to ensure clarity and alignment among all parties involved.
- Support Information Systems: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for information systems to ensure they operate smoothly and meet user needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Working in a content management system, Google Analytics, Mouseflow, or Google Tag Manager experience a plus
Active/current Top Secret clearance required.
