Description:
- Provide MySQL database administration support
- Install and configure new MySQL servers (5.x and 8.x)
- Design and develop MySQL stored procedures
- Upgrade MySQL databases, both major and minor revisions
- Administer MySQL account access, backups and table spaces
- Migrate MySQL databases
- Monitor MySQL server performance
- 10+ years’ experience administering to, and engineering solutions with, Oracle MySQL.
- Extensive experience with database design and modeling; as well as the collection and interpretation of customer requirements relevant to database migration, troubleshooting, performance observation and tuning.
- BS in CS or related course of study, or equivalent years’ experience.
- Must be an independent worker with strong communications skills.
- Must be COMPTIA Security Plus certified
Clearance:
Active/current TS/SCI with FS Poly required
Active/current TS/SCI with FS Poly required
