Azusa Solutions is seeking functional Oracle Cloud HCM consultants to join our team of talented consultants. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company comprised of highly qualified, highly impactful, and multi-talented individuals.

This is a hybrid position with a 20% on-site requirement. Candidates will be reimbursed for on-site travel expenses.  Candidates can successfully perform on this contract from anywhere in the contiguous U.S.

U.S. Citizenship is required for work under the government contract and the candidate must reside in the contiguous U.S. 

Responsibilities:
We are seeking experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an Oracle HCM Cloud implementer who can fulfill at least one of the below functional/consultant roles:

• Benefits Consultant
• Recruitment Consultant
• Compensation Consultant
• Payroll Consultant
• Learning Consultant
• Talent Management Consultant
• Time and Labor/Absence Management Consultant

Qualifications:
Meets one or more of the qualifications below:

• Has implemented Oracle Cloud Benefits as a functional resource/consultant.
• Has implemented Oracle Recruitment Management as a functional resource/consultant.
• Has implemented Oracle Compensation as a functional resource/consultant.
• Has implemented Oracle Payroll as a functional resource/consultant.
• Has implemented Oracle Compensation as a functional resource/consultant.
• Has implemented Oracle Learning and/or Talent Management as a functional resource/consultant.
• Has implemented Oracle Time and Labor and/or Absence Management as a functional resource/consultant.
